1. Avoid fried food, sweets, chocolates, ice-creams, butter
2. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, sprouted pulses
3. Drink always warm water since it washes all the toxins away from the body
4. Substitute Rice with Wheat, Ragi, Jowar etc
5. Drink plenty of butter milk which is good for digestion
6. Take 4 to 5 small meals instead of large meals
7. Do not skip breakfast or lunch
8. Do morning and evening walk and Yoga
9. Massage body with sesame oil once a week and take warm water bath
10. Take salad in place of junk food
11. 1 cup of hot milk with kesar and turmeric before sleeping
12. Do savasana (Corpse pose) before sleeping to relax mind and body
